Dr. Tyree Toliver

Dr. Toliver is the pastor of the St. John Missionary Baptist Church of Bakersfield, California. He recently retired as the Moderator of the San Joaquin District Association and as the First Vice President of the CMBSC. At the 2001 Annual Session, he was honored by this Convention as First Vice President for his leadership that he has joyfully given to our Convention for the past 40 years.
