Mission
The CMBSC shall provide Spiritual empowerment by engaging in: Mission and Evangelism, Christian Education, Biblical Doctrine, Church Growth, and Social and Economic Development as a function of our Convention and models for our member churches and messengers.

Vision
Our Vision is to edify our member churches, the nation, and the world through the wise use of our spiritual gifts, intellectual ability, and financial resources for the glory of God.

 Dr. E. Wayne Gaddis, Sr. 

President

Dr. Gaddis was born in Hattiesburg, Mississippi; graduated from Hattiesburg High School in 1974; moved to Los Angeles in 1974 where his ministry began. He is a leader that is Positive, Productive and Progressive. Dr. Gaddis have accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior of his life.  

SIX PILLARS TO GROW AND ENHANCE OUR CONVENTION

Cooperative Effort - Rural and urban pastors are given the opportunity to preach and host the Convention
Meaningful Ministry - Convention attendees experience empowerment and great benefits.
Ministers’ Conference - Teaching from all pastors provides foundational strength to the Convention.
Stronger Auxiliaries - Workshops and training classes afford enrichment at each session.
Build Gen X, Y and Baby Boomers - 20 – 50 year olds receive valuable ministry training.
CMBSC Scholarship Fund - One student per district is awarded a Convention scholarship each year.
